Substance Abuse

LAL does not condone participating in school or work activities while intoxicated or under the influence of any drug.

If you are suspected of being intoxicated or under the influence of any drug while either working as an employee or training to be a future barista, you will be sent home and your employment or educational process possibly terminated or otherwise subjected to disciplinary actions.

LAL reserves the right to handle each instance on a case by case basis.
